The residence is in a good position for both the centre and also the railway station. The apartment was a good size with a large balcony and lake view. We were in the apartment for 2 weeks and opted for cleaning halfway through. Very pleased with the standard of cleaning.

We had a nice stay here the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and very clean although in my opinion the furniture and décor is a bit dated and could do with updating however it is functional. The balconies are large and sunny. Breakfast was good with a reasonable choice we only had breakfast once so don't know if there are different items daily . The location its about 10 minutes from the centre and about the same to the train station in the opposite direction, 5minutes to Ins supermarket at the bottom of the street and around 15- 20 minutes to larger supermarkets. So its pretty central for everything.

Loved everything about this property! Perfect location as easy access to train station, lake, town centre and local shop. Staff were exceptional, they helped us with so much useful information especially best way to travel to various places without a car. Many extra facilities including bikes & pool towels, there was nothing more we could have needed for our week long stay! This not the cheapest option but worth the price tag, I personally would only ever stay in lake garda with a swimming pool available to cool off-it is needed in the summer months.

Very spacious apartment - 2 bedrooms- very clean and well maintained. Fabulous rain shower in bathroom. About 10 mins walk to Desenzano downhill. Supermarket abt 5 mins walk but not very friendly/ minimal selection. Breakfast at Il Sogno is adequate but not a big selection. Pool is quite small / cold. Plenty sunbeds to lie out. Surrounds/ garden well kept & clean. Beds very comfortable. Overall nice Apartment just a bit away from the holiday vibe you get by being more central.

We traveled in the off-season and only stayed one night, we just wanted to take a walk around the area between some days when we had other goals. Most readers are probably interested in another perspective, that of seasonal tourism, which I have not experienced. For us it was well positioned, 10 minutes walk from the train station, 5 minutes from a major local bus station, 5-10 minutes walk from a lot restaurants. It is located on a street that at least in the off-season is very quiet, somehow out from the main streets. The area of the apartment was very big for two people. The apartment is simple and everything was clean. The bathroom is large and clean, equipped with everything you could need. By the way, it was an olive shower gel which smelled fabulous. I wasn't interested in the kitchen equipment, I couldn't give a fair review. But there were dishes and cutlery, a kettle, dishes for cooking, etc. The bed was comfortable and clean.

The size of our room was amazing for our family of five. We had a patio and balcony that overlook the lake. The pool was excellent and a perfect way to cool down. From the pictures we thought the hotel may be a little old fashioned but this was not the case! The free bike hire, short walk into the centre and 2 minute walk to the supermarket was the icing on the cake! We loved our trip and would 100% recommend.

The location is excellent - a short walk to the train, bus, ferry, supermarket and waterfront. The surrounding area is quiet and the property is very well maintained. The apartment is roomy, air conditioned, very clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen. The staff are helpful - especially when I needed “lessons” in how to use the room locks.

Despite the fact that the apartment is modest, our stay in this place was very pleasant and we would stay here again next time. The location of the apartment is very good. The train station, car rental, grocery store and eateries are a short walk away, and the center is also within walking distance. The staff was friendly, helpful and supportive.
