The breakfast was delicious and varied. Fresh fruit, tasty eggs and bacon and loads of other options. I already miss the coffee! The staff are so warm, friendly and helpful too. Our room was spacious and fully air conditioned and the hotel itself is in a peaceful spot but a short stroll into Desenzano itself, which is a beautiful part of Lake Garda with plenty of restaurants, cafes and wine bars. The kitchenette is handy. Bed linen and towels were pristine. Throughout the hotel, the cleanliness was to a high standard. Wi-Fi was very good. And finally, security was great. We loved the triple lock doors. We felt very safe.

Location was perfect as we travelled to the town by train. Having reception staff available for helping with queries/directions etc. was also a big advantage - they were always very helpful and friendly too. For guests with limited mobility or carrying heavy luggage there is a lift available which we appreciated. The room itself was clean, modern, and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was beautifully quite as well so we slept well every night.

Clean rooms with a balcony to sit outside and enjoy the sunsets. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Easy check in and check out. The pool was also clean and so lovely. Lift access to all floors available. Great stay! Would definitely return.

Close to the promenade easy to get to from station-10 minute walk. pool was a big busy at times for our daughter but quiet in the evening- usual groups taking over with ball games, but to no fault of the property. Good view from balcony- everything you need in apartment to make meals. staff very helpful- arranged our transfer and trip to gardaland no problem at all! Very clean - great place to stay!!!

The concierge Salvatore could not have been more helpful, what a lovely man! The apartment was modern, spacious and clean. The pool area was lovely and so quiet, it felt like a private pool! The location is perfect, in a quiet area but within view of the lake. Altogether, an excellent place to stay! Breakfast was excellent, the buffet had a great selection.
